DayMark Safety Systems has acquired Dissolvo® LLC from Gilbreth International. “DayMark's purchase of Dissolvo is a logical extension of our substantial interest in the dissolvable paper market," said Jeff Palmer, president of DayMark Safety Systems and new president of Dissolvo. Additionally, the company announced several service-level improvements including same business-day shipping for orders placed by 3 p.m. EST and no minimum order requirements.
