We will continue to provide you with the same high quality products and service which you associated with Dissolvo. We value our customers and the relationships that have been established.

To further facilitate a seamless transition from Dissolvo® to DayMark Technologies, we have taken the following steps:

• Orders, Customer Service and Product Samples
  The phone number for placing orders, customer service, or product samples, will remain the same, 877-823-3388. By following the prompts on our new phone menu, your call will be directed to the appropriate department for assistance.
  
  Electronic orders can be sent to csv@daymarktechnologies.com or faxed to 419-354-0514.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. eastern standard time, will ship the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. and truck line orders, will ship the next business day.

• Sales Support
  Sales Specialist Jessica Keck will focus her product expertise on new and existing business opportunities. She will also be available to answer questions or offer product solutions for new and existing customers.
